Why should my company shred documents?

No. Our heavy duty, state-of-the-art trucks will easily shred this material.
What else do you destroy besides paper?
It is a good business practice to destroy documents in accordance with a predetermined retention schedule. Your CPA can assist you in formulating a retention schedule to systematically destroy documents which have outlived their usefulness.
How long must we retain documents before they can be destroyed?

Our Operations Manual sets forth the policies and procedures required of our drivers to service bins, transport confidential material to the truck, and securely shred the material.
How much can you shred per hour?
Our powerful, state-of-the-art trucks shred over 6,000 pounds of paper per hour.
May we witness destruction of our information?
Yes. Video cameras capture the shredding process which may be viewed at monitors located on the side of our truck.
Do you offer a certificate of destruction?
Yes. TrueShred issues a Certificate of Destruction to document the secure destruction of your material.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. As part of TrueShred's Promise, if within the first sixty (60) days of Scheduled Service, you are not fully satisfied, TrueShred will refund 100% of your payments for such service.
